How Often is My Data Updated?

With Stifel Wealth Tracker, you can bring all your financial data together to create a consolidated view of where you stand. To keep this view up-to-date, the app periodically retrieves new data from your linked accounts on your behalf.

Stifel Accounts

The data for Stifel Accounts is always and immediately up-to-date.

Synced Accounts

Your holdings and transactions for accounts held at other financial institutions are fully updated several times every day, typically starting between 2 AM and 4 AM ET.

Between full updates, Stifel Wealth Tracker continues to update the prices for your holdings, so that your financial picture stays up-to-date with the day's market conditions.

Manual Accounts

There are two categories of Manual Accounts: Tracked and Untracked.

Tracked: Stifel Wealth Tracker keeps the value of the Manual Asset updated as the market price changes. You can manually change the quantity at any time.

Untracked: The value of the Manual Asset is not automatically updated. You can manually change the price, quantity, or total value at any time.

Common Questions

How do I know when a synced account was last updated?

The sync status of your accounts is available in multiple places:

1. On the Home Page, find the Account View. For externally synced accounts, there will be a "Last updated" status.

2. Use the Menu to go to the Manage Accounts page. Choose View Linked Accounts to see all your external accounts along with their current sync statuses.
